By accessing, downloading, or using the Intreys software and services ("Service") operated by CyberShelt LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Intreys is a desktop software application for deep packet inspection, network forensics, and threat analysis. The Service includes the desktop application, license server at license.intreys.com, and related documentation and support.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Community Edition: The Community edition is provided free of charge under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, educational, and non-commercial use.
Professional and Enterprise Editions: Paid licenses grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for the number of seats purchased during the active subscription period. Each seat is bound to a single machine at a time.
We may offer free trial periods for paid features. Trials are limited to one per person or organization. Abuse of the trial system (including creating multiple accounts or using disposable email addresses) may result in account termination.

The Service, including its code, design, documentation, and branding, is owned by CyberShelt LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.
Intreys is designed to operate offline and locally. Network captures (PCAP files) are processed on your local machine and are never transmitted to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect.
The Service may integrate with third-party threat intelligence APIs (AbuseIPDB, VirusTotal, GreyNoise, etc.) and AI providers. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or data handling.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that security analyses will detect all threats.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBERSHELT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CyberShelt LLC and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third party's rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use paid features will end immediately. Sections 8, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify existing subscribers of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
